TOWN OF RANDOLPH REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Compliance with MGL Chapter 40A Section 3A(Multi-family zoning as-of-right in MBTA communities)
The Town of Randolph, Massachusetts, through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking Request for Proposals for consultants to assist with the Town’s Compliance with MGL Chapter 40A Section 3A - MBTA Communities Multifamily Zoning
Request for Proposals will be available on or after December 28 2022 by contacting Michelle Tyler at mtyler@randolph-ma.gov or 781-961-0936.
Submitted proposals must be sealed and clearly marked “MBTA COMMUNITIES COMPLIANCE" and submitted to the Randolph Town Clerk, 41 South Main Street, Randolph, MA 02368 ATT: Michelle Tyler no later than 12:00pm EST on January 20, 2023.
The Town of Randolph reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, to cancel the RFP and to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
