Mayor Bob Hedlund, the Weymouth Farmers Market, and the Community Events Committee want to remind you to mark your calendars and bring your family and friends to the Annual Great Pumpkin Give-A-Wey on Sunday, October 2nd from 10am-2pm at the Weymouth Farmers Market. This annual fall event will take place at Weymouth High School and is sure to be a day of fun for the whole family.
Donate to your favorite non-profit organization and receive a ticket to enter the pumpkin patch to find that perfect pumpkin! You can visit informational booths by local businesses, enjoy delicious food trucks, amusements, costumed characters, live music by acoustic duo 53 South, watch public safety demos and more.
The Weymouth Farmers Market hosts over 20 vendors offering products such as: fresh fruits and vegetables, local meat, baked goods, local artisans and more. The Weymouth Farmers Market is proud to offer the SNAP and Farm to Family program to the community through their partnership with the Weymouth Food Pantry. SNAP and Weymouth Food Pantry shoppers receive DOUBLE their dollars back in wooden tokens, up to an additional $20 each market through the program.
Free parking is available at the event and limited on-site handicapped parking is available at designated areas.
