In addition to being a dedicated public servant professionally, Clifton also devoted his free time to serving his community.  He was a community organizer in the Town of Randolph for decades before running successfully for elected office.  He served 7 consecutive terms as an elected member of the Randolph Town Council, where he was currently serving as the Vice President.  He is also a former two-term Randolph School Committee member, a former Vice President and former President of the Randolph Town Council.

Clifton was a dedicated husband and father.  The Town offers condolences to his family during this difficult time.  His passing is a great loss and he will be tremendously missed.  We will provide details on his services when they are finalized. We ask that you keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.  Peace.
