The New England Patriots have made several changes to their roster. Wide receiver Mack Hollins has been placed on injured reserve, and defensive tackle Jeremiah Pharms Jr. has been promoted from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.
Additionally, defensive back Kobee Minor and defensive lineman Leonard Taylor III have been elevated from the practice squad to the active roster.
Jeremiah Pharms Jr., age 29, played in two games during the 2025 season after being elevated for matchups against Cincinnati on November 23 and the New York Giants on December 1. He first joined the Patriots in July 2022 after a stint with the Pittsburgh Maulers of the USFL. Pharms spent all of 2022 on New England’s practice squad and began 2023 there before moving up to the main roster. He was released by the team in September 2025 but rejoined via the practice squad days later. Over his career, he has appeared in 30 games with five starts, recording 44 tackles and two sacks.
Kobee Minor, age 23, was selected by New England in the seventh round of the 2025 NFL Draft out of Memphis as pick number 257 overall. After being released at the end of August, he signed onto the practice squad and was previously elevated for games against Miami on September 14 and Pittsburgh on September 21, where he contributed on special teams.
Leonard Taylor III, also age 23, is making his second elevation this season after debuting for New England against Buffalo on December 14. Taylor joined New England’s practice squad in October following his release from the New York Jets, where he had played two games earlier this year. The former Miami (Fla.) player entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the Jets in 2024 and has participated in a total of seventeen NFL games with twenty-nine tackles, one-and-a-half sacks, and two passes defensed.
