The New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins have released their lists of inactive players for the NFL Week 18 matchup scheduled for Sunday, January 4, 2026.

For the Patriots, the following players will not participate: outside linebacker Harold Landry, inside linebacker Robert Spillane, guard Jared Wilson, nose tackle Khyiris Tonga, tackle Marcus Bryant, guard Caedan Wallace, and quarterback Tommy DeVito.

The Dolphins have listed quarterback Cam Miller, wide receiver Jaylen Waddle, running back De’Von Achane, free safety Minkah Fitzpatrick, outside linebacker Chop Robinson, tackle Austin Jackson, and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa as inactive for the game.
