On Friday, Feb. 28, former Dedham High School standout Griffin O’Connor’s current college team, the Georgetown Hoyas, lost 7-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Florida State Seminoles.

The game took place at Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Seminoles this season.

The Hoyas’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 2 p.m. at Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium against Florida State Seminoles.
